We’re a group of entrepreneurs
that happen to family.

Welcome to our family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the food industry. We come from a family of restauranteurs and bring with us the knowledge and passion from our distinguished family restaurant in El Salvador. We currently operate two successful ventures, 2FIFTY BBQ and DUMM’S Pizzería in Maryland, as well as a popular BBQ food stall in Union Market, DC.

Our commitment to farm-to-table ingredients is demonstrated through our specialty Yucca farm in El Salvador that supplies top traditional food chains in the country and our eternal search for the best ingredients in everything

In addition to our restaurants, we also offer our expertise in restaurant development and marketing through our consulting firm, serving clients globally. At the heart of it all, is our shared love for food and our passion to do it right.
